Leader? How to define?

hmm.. what is a leader? what make a person a leader? What is the criteria of a good leader? What do people expect from a leader that he/she follows?

That is a question that i always wanted to know.. Having been in a leadership role or taking up leadership roles for the past 6 years in my cca and other opportunity given to me... I still can't provide myself with an answer.. whether am i a good leader?

I have seen and worked with a number of good leaders and whom i also respect a lot.. They all have their own unique ways of handling things and getting things done. I begin to think that maybe there isn't any standard formula that all leader must follows so that he/she can be successful.

Recently, i taken the tickle test on Are You a Natural Leader?

Go try it out and see for yourself if you are the ONE...
http://web.tickle.com/tests/standard/leader.jsp?test=leader

The result that i received was as below.. and i don't think that i have some of the criteria mention or maybe i don't feel it and not able to see them myself..

What's Your True Color?

What's your true color? Yellow? Green? Pink...etc..
or is your true color same as mine? Blue..

This is the result that i obtain from the test:

You're blue — the most soothing shade of the spectrum. The color of a clear summer sky or a deep, reflective ocean, blue has traditionally symbolized trust, solitude, and loyalty. Most likely a thoughtful person who values spending some time on your own, you'd rather connect deeply with a few people than have a bunch of slight acquaintances.
Luckily, making close friends isn't that hard, since people are naturally attracted to you — they're soothed by your calming presence. Cool and collected, you rarely overreact. Instead, you think things through before coming to a decision. That level-headed, thoughtful approach to life is patently blue — and patently you!

Hmm.. does it really tell u the real me? Did i really behave or look like the way the test result have stated? Let me know what is ur point of views of the above paragraph k.. : )
